What are your operating hours?
Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We also offer 24/7 support via WhatsApp (see contact details).
However orders are only shipped during weekdays.
Can I collect my order myself?
We unfortunately do not allow self collection.
What payment methods / options are available?
We accept payments via the following options:
- EFT through Payfast
- PayPal (To come at a later stage)
How much do you charge for shipping/delivery?
Our shipping charges are determined by your choice of 2 different shipping methods selected
1) The Courier Guy – Gauteng province door to door @ R60
2) Aramex – Outside Gauteng province door to door @ R100

Do you accept returns, exchanges & refunds?
We do not accept returns (and therefore no refunds) on our beauty products. You may however exchange your products. You must contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Nigeria, Ghana, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. and worldwide. When ordering from out of South Africa, payment would be through Paypal and Moneygram . Please contact us for more detail.
How long does it to see the results?
Not using the products often enough will make the lightening process slower, or even ineffective. It can be useful to exfoliate first, but be very gentle and read those instructions. The changes in your skin will typically start showing between three weeks to two-month usage.
What comes first between the serum and the toner?
Toner should be the first product applied on skin after cleansing. … Most importantly, using a toner first will help you get the most effective results from your serum. After using a cleanser, gently pat a toner thoroughly onto your face and neck. Follow by applying serum, and then the rest of your skin care routine.
